                    This Caribbean slaw is a mango slaw delight. Quit refeshing and on the side with maybe a sweet and sour Chicken nugets, nachos and a non-alcohlic or alcohol cooler. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                orange-mango dressing follows  |  
                                                ingredients  |  
                                                1/2 mango, peeled, pitted and cubed  |  
                                                1 ( 6oz ) container of plain nonfat yogurt  |  
                                                1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate  |  
                                                3 tbs. fresh lime juice  |  
                                                1/2 to 1 jalapeno pepper stemmed, seeded and minced  |  
                                                1 tsp. finely minced fresh ginger  |

                                                8 cups shredded green cabbage  |  
                                                1 1/2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced  |  
                                                1/2 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced  |  
                                                1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced  |  
                                                6 green onions, thinly sliced  |  
                                                1/4 cup chopped cilantro  |

                                1. Orange-Mango Dressing 2. Method 3. *Jalapeno peppers can sting and irritate the skin. Wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes. 4. Place mango in food processor; process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Makes 1 cup 5. Refrigerate till ready to use. 6. Slaw Method 7. 1)Combine cabbage, mangoes, bell peppers, green onions and cilantro in large bowl; stir gently to mix evenly. Pour in the prepared chilled Orange-Mango Dressing; toss gently to coat. 8. 2)Serve, or store in frig. Up to a day. 9.
