I found this in some old magazines. It is good and very easy! Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 cup self-rising flour |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, undrained |
1 (21 ounce) can fruit pie filling (any flavor) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine butter, sugar and flour in mixing bowl, blending well; set aside. 3. Lightly spray 2 quart casserole. 4. Spread pineapple and pie filling in bottom of dish. 5. Sprinkle with sugar mixture and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. |
