A champagne cocktail with a caribbean twist from my Hilary Walden Cocktail book. Ingredients:
7 1/2 ml white rum |
7 1/2 ml banana liqueur |
1 dash angostura bitters |
champagne or sparkling wine, chilled |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a champagne flute & then top up with champagne. |
