to go with Exotic Indian Feast Ingredients:
3 cups milk |

1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 tsp ground cardamom |
1 4 tsp nutmeg 2 tblsp slivered almonds toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine 1/2 milk and rice flour in a bowl to form a paste. Bring remaining milk and sugar to boil remove from heat. Stir in rice flour paste stir constantly on med heat until boils and thickens . Cook stirring for another 3mins remove from heat 2. Add vanilla cardamom nutmeg and 1/2 of the almonds. pour into 6 1 2 cup serving cups refrigerate 2 hrs serve scattered with remaining almonds 3.
