                    These are so good. I obtained this recipe from a neighbor who is one of the best cooks I know. He makes these all summer long when peas are plentiful at the farmers maret. I hope you enjoy as much as we do. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1-1/2 cups peas fresh or frozen  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon black pepper  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon marjoram  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon cardamom  |  
                                                3 teaspoons parsley sprigs chopped  |  
                                                3 teaspoons chives cut in 1  pieces  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook peas then toss with salt, pepper, marjoram, cardamom and parsley. 2. Garnish with chives and serve.                              |
