These are so good. I obtained this recipe from a neighbor who is one of the best cooks I know. He makes these all summer long when peas are plentiful at the farmers maret. I hope you enjoy as much as we do.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups peas fresh or frozen
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
3 teaspoons parsley sprigs chopped
3 teaspoons chives cut in 1 pieces
Directions:
1. Cook peas then toss with salt, pepper, marjoram, cardamom and parsley.
2. Garnish with chives and serve.
