I found this on a food blog...supposedly good when you're sick.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar (or even better, honey or agave syrup)
1 teaspoon cardamom, coarsely ground
diced mango (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend. Chill for 30 minutes.
