I found this on a food blog...supposedly good when you're sick. Ingredients:
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt |
3 tablespoons sugar (or even better, honey or agave syrup) |
1 teaspoon cardamom, coarsely ground |
diced mango (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend. Chill for 30 minutes. |
