Cardamom Flavoured Indian Mango Chutney |

This is from the City Times newspaper! Ingredients:
500 g pulp of matured mangoes (they should not be ripe) |
150 g dates |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
2 inches cinnamon |
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste |
2 -3 green cardamoms |
4 cups water |
3/4 tablespoon salt |
9 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Peel and chop mangoes into small cubes. 2. Mix in all the ingredients and cook till thick. 3. Stir continuously. 4. Remove from heat and serve. |
