I can't remeber where I got this from but it is beautiful and rich and creamy. Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic, crushed |
4 slices prosciutto |
2 eggs |
300 ml cream |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
500 g pasta |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion, garlic and prosciutto. 2. Mix cream, eggs and S&P together. 3. Mix all together and bring to boil. Add parmesan and stir until melted. 4. Mix in cooked pasta and serve with parmesan. |
