Simple, elegant Ingredients:
1 lb sea scallops |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon paprika |
4 scallions, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Season scallops with salt, pepper and paprika. 2. Place olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. 3. Place scallops in skillet. 4. Sear them two-three minutes per side, until caramelized (browned). 5. Place scallops on platter, and cover loosely with foil. 6. Sprinkle scallions over scallops and serve. |
