Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin |
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 tablespoon molasses or 1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut pork into 1/2 inch slices. 2. Spray 10 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray,heat over medium hight heat. 3. Cook pork and garlic in skillet 8-10 minutes,turning occasionally. 4. Drain if necessary. 5. Stir in remaning ingredients. 6. Cook about 2-5 minutes,stirring occasionally until mixture thickens and coats pork. |
