Caramelized Pineapple and Mango |

Lovely way to eat fruit ! Ingredients:
20 g butter |
1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, cut into 2 cm pieces |
1 mango, peeled, cut into 2 cm pieces |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon dark rum |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in frypan over moderately high heat. 2. Add fruit and cook and stir for 3 or 4 minutes till browned. 3. Add sugar and rum. 4. Cook and stir further 3 or 4 minutes till mixture thickens and caramelizes. 5. Cool for 30 minutes. |
