Caramelized Onions With Red and Yellow Peppers

Ingredients:
2 each red peppers
1 each yellow pepper
2 each onions
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon spike seasoning (unsalted)
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Directions:
1. Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips lengthwise.
2. Slice onion 1/4 inch thick.
3. Heat oil in large skillet, add vegetables and season with seasonings.
4. Cook over high heat, stirring often until vegetables begin to brown and caramelize.
