Caramelized Onions With Red and Yellow Peppers |

Sweet, golden caramelized veggies, yum!!! Ingredients:
2 each red peppers |
1 each yellow pepper |
2 each onions |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 teaspoon spike seasoning (unsalted) |
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil |
Directions:
1. Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips lengthwise. 2. Slice onion 1/4 inch thick. 3. Heat oil in large skillet, add vegetables and season with seasonings. 4. Cook over high heat, stirring often until vegetables begin to brown and caramelize. |
