Make these the day before, and reheat. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
3 large yellow onions, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add onions; cover and cook 30 minutes, stirring once. Uncover, increase heat to medium-high, and cook, stirring constantly, 20 minutes or until onions are caramel colored. |
