Caramelized Onion Swiss Chard |

From Cooking Light Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cups onions, sliced |
10 ounces swiss chard |
2 tablespoons water |
2 teaspoons sherry wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Add olive oil to hot skillet. Add onion and dash baking soda. Cook 10 min minutes or until soft and browned. 2. Add chard and water to pan. Cook until chard wilts. 3. Stir in sherry vinegar and pepper. |
