Caramelised Fruit and Coconut Marshmallow Kebabs |

A simple dessert to follow a barbeque. Ingredients:
1 pear, cut into wedges |
1 orange, cut into segments |
12 black grapes |
1 kiwi fruit, cut into wedges |
12 coconut marshmallows |
2 tablespoons rum |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
4 wooden skewers, soaked for 20 minutes |
Directions:
1. Thread fruit and marshmallow pieces onto skewers. 2. Combine rum and brown sugar and brush onto fruit. 3. Grill or barbeque for a few minutes until warm and caramelised. |
