Caramelised Fruit and Coconut Marshmallow Kebabs

A simple dessert to follow a barbeque.
Ingredients:
1 pear, cut into wedges
1 orange, cut into segments
12 black grapes
1 kiwi fruit, cut into wedges
12 coconut marshmallows
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 wooden skewers, soaked for 20 minutes
Directions:
1. Thread fruit and marshmallow pieces onto skewers.
2. Combine rum and brown sugar and brush onto fruit.
3. Grill or barbeque for a few minutes until warm and caramelised.
