These tasty sandwich cookies taste just like the real thing. They will perform a disappearing act at your next gathering if your family is anything like ours! Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) package kraft caramels, unwrapped |
60 ritz crackers |
1 lb chocolate almond bark |
Directions:
1. Melt caramels in a double boiler, or in microwave following package directions.
2. Spread half of crackers with caramel, topping with remaining crackers as you go.
3. Melt chocolate as directed.
4. Coat sandwiches in chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
