Ingredients:
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well. Cook sugar mixture, uncovered, over medium-high heat, without stirring, until candy thermometer registers 220°. Remove from heat; let sauce cool 20 minutes. |
