This recipe goes with Coconut Cream With Caramel Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 cup half-and-half |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; stir well. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Serve hot over Coconut Cream. |
