It eats like a caramel roll Ingredients:
english muffin toast (8pcs) |
eggs |
brown sugar |
butter |
cinnamon |
milk |
Directions:
1. Melt a stick of butter 2. add one cup of brown sugar and mix to a paste 3. pour or press it into 9 inch square baking dish(this is the bottom layer when baking) 4. stack two pieces of english muffin toast in each corner of the baking dish , smoosh'em in..they fit snug 5. whip 3 eggs and add a dash of milk 6. pour this over the the toast. 7. let sit in fridge overnight 8. set oven to 375 9. sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes covered with tin foil 10. then ten minutes uncovered to brown up the exposed side 11. when the brown sugar starts to bubble it is done 12. lift each set of toast with a spautula and serve caramel side up 13. this needs to cool abit before you eat it... |
