3 cups cooked rice (white) |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz) |
1 t. sugar |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In slow cooker-spray with cooking spray 2. mix all ingredients but not sugar and cinnamon 3. Cover and cook on low setting 3-4 hours. 4. Cook until liquid is absorbed 5. stir pudding 6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar |
