Adapted from Larks' Country Heart Ingredients:
12 cups popcorn |
1/2 cup butter |
4 1/2 cups sugar |
2 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
2 cups heavy whipping cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup |
Directions:
1. Bring to a boil: Butter, Sugar(s),Milk and cream. 2. Then stir in Salt and corn syrup. 3. Boil to a Softball stage. 4. Stirring constantly. 5. Pour over popped corn, mix well. 6. Lay out to dry on a sprayed pan. |
