Very easy to make. makes a great movie snack. Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
1 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup nuts |
8 quarts popped corn |
Directions:
1. in a small saucepan, combine sugar, syrup and butter. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 2. stir in baking soda, salt, vanilla and nuts. Pour over popcorn. Mix well. 3. bake 225 degrees F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. |
