Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Pie |

easy and yummy Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup margarine |
1 1/2 cups caramel sauce |
8 cups vanilla ice cream (2 litres) |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients and add melted margarine. 2. Mix well - put in a cookie sheet with sides. 3. Pat thin and bake in a 400 oven for 15 minutes. 4. Crumble while still warm. 5. Cool. 6. Press 1/2 into 13x9 pan and drizzle 1/2 carmel sauce over crumbs. 7. Spread ice cream on top. 8. Add remaining crumbs and drizzle rest of carmel sauce. 9. Freeze. |
