Caramel Pecan Coffee Cake |

This is a very easy delicious one dish recipe that will wow your guests! Ingredients:
cooking spray, for dish |
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
2 1/4 ounces fast rising yeast |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup very warm water |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix batter ingredients into a sprayed deep dish pie plate. 2. Stir together corn syrup, brown sugar and butter in a small bowl. Add pecans and mix well. Combine cinnamon-sugar ingredients in a small bowl. 3. Top batter evenly with cinnamon sugar topping. Spoon the caramel pecan topping evenly over the batter. 4. Bake by placing in a cold oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F. 5. Bake 25 minutes until lightly browned and firm in the center. 6. Cool slightly. serve warm. |
