Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped pecans
25 ounce package frizen dinner roll dough balls
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 ounce vannilla pudding mix not instant
6 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
1. Grease or butter a tube pan.
2. Place ingredients in the pan in the prder listed above.
3. Cover with wax paper and leave to rise for 8 hours.
4. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
5. Invert pain and scrape excess caramel onto cake.
6. Let stand 30 minutes then serve..
