You can change the liqueur for a different flavor or omit it entirely and double the amount of brown sugar. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 tbsp. brown sugar |
1 tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur (such as kahlua) |
caramel ice cream topping |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Drizzle with caramel sauce. 3. Serve with cut up firm fruit such as apple wedges (tossed in lemon juice), cantaloupe pieces, fresh pineapple, grapes on toothpicks, honeydew pieces, orange segments (good with orange liqueur). pear wedges or whole strawberries |
