I got this recipe out of one of our local church cookbooks. This frosting is quick and easy to make. It makes a lot of frosting. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
3/4 cup margarine |
1/2 cup milk |
3 cups confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Bring brown sugar, margarine, and milk to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. 2. Cool for 30 minutes. 3. Add confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. 4. Spread on cake. 5. This makes enough frosting for a large cake. |
