this is fast and easy and would make a great ice cream topping. This was just my husband throwing something together. He used Splenda and no sugar added syrup but I am sure it would begood with sugar ingredients. Ingredients:
2 bananas, sliced |
1 tablespoon margarine |
1/4 cup sugar, free caramel syrup never measured (latte syrup) |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
2 pinches cinnamon |
1 pinch nutmeg |
1 tablespoon low calorie artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. melt margarine in pan. Add caramel syrup and heat until it bubbles.Add bananas and fry until softened put in vanilla and stir lightly. sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and stir lightly sprinkle with splenda than serve. |
