Ingredients:
3/4 cup vanilla light soy milk |
2 tablespoons fat-free caramel topping |
6 ounces light silken tofu, drained and chilled |
1 (.93-ounce) packet iced coffee-flavored instant coffee |
1 1/2 cups ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Add ice cubes, a few at a time; process until thick. |
