1 1/4 cups self-rising flour |
1 pinch salt |
30 g butter |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. sift flour and salt into a basin ,rub in butter and add sugar .add combined milk and vanilla and mix well. 2. caramel sauce: combine in a large sauce pan : 30g butter pinch of salt 1 1/2 cups of water. stir and bring to the boil. 3. drop table spoon of dumpling mix into simmering sauce.cover and simmer for 20 minutes. |
