From the Handley Methodist Cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 (5 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and brown sugar togather. Blend all ingredients in a blender. 2. Serve with apples, pears, grapes, etc. |
