One of my favourite ice creams ever! Found this is Australia Super Food Ideas Magazine. Ingredients:
1 liter vanilla caramel-swirl ice cream |
125 g butternut snap biscuits |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
80 g dry roasted pecans, chopped |
waffle cone (to serve) |
Directions:
1. Place the ice cream in a bowl. Set aside to soften. 2. Stir in biscuits , cinnamon and pecans. Return Ice cream to freezer till firm. |
