This is a sweet dish great for kids that won't eat chicken. It's so easy and tasty-a must for busy mums. Ingredients:
500 g chicken breasts |
450 ml coconut milk |
1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Slice chicken long ways about an inch think. 2. Place them in a pan and pour coconut milk over them boil for 2 minutes. 3. Simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Add brown sugar. 5. Bring it all back to the boil until it reduces and thickens and goes a lovely golden brown. 6. •For a change, chop them into cubes, put them onto skewers after they're cooked and pour sauce over them-a great starter at a dinner party. |
