This is so easy to make, and so yummy…unfortunately, it completely overrides the healthiness of the fruit. If only we could figure out how to change that!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar (i like a couple tablespoons more, but make it to your level of sweetness)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well; serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
2. Serve with apple slices, strawberry halves, banana slices, pear slices, cantaloupe chunks, grapes, kiwi, whatever fruit you like.
