1/4 cup water |
2 small bananas, sliced |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
4 basic blintzes |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and water in a small skillet; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add banana and vanilla; cook 4 minutes or until thickened. Spoon banana mixture over blintzes. |
