Ingredients:
6 granny smith apples |
6 wooden craft sticks |
1 14 oz. bag caramels, unwrapped |
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon(s) water |
2 cup(s) chopped pecans, toasted |
toasted coconut |
sprinkles |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry apples, remove stems. Insert sticks into stem end. Set aside/ 2. Combine caramels, vanilla, and 1 tbsp. water in a MW safe glass bowl. MW on high 90 seconds or until melted, stirring twice. 3. Dip each apple into the caramel mixture quickly, allowing excess caramel to drip off. Roll in desired toppings and place on lightly greased wax paper. Chill 15 minutes. |
