This interesting drink comes from 2004 cookbook, Faw Foods for Busy People. Ingredients:
1 apple, cored, chopped |
1 cup apple juice |
3 tablespoons almond butter |
3 dates, pitted (preferably medjool) |
1 dash ground cinnamon |
1 dash ground nutmeg |
1 banana, ripe (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender & process until smooth. 2. Pour into a tall glass & ENJOY! |
