CARAMEL APPLE SALAD This recipe came from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Glass Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
4 apples cored and diced |
16 ounce crushed pineapple with juice |
1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts |
1 package butterscotch instant pudding |
8 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. 2. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. |
