2 granny smith apples
8 slices french bread
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. slice apples leave skin on.
2. sautee apples in 1/2 cup brown sugar.
3. mix: eggs and coconut milk.

5. dredge french bread in batter and fry in butter until golden -.
