A dip that is not only good with apples, but also bananas and graham crackers. Low fat or fat free cream cheese can be used. Ingredients:
16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped |
1/4 cup water |
1 (80z) package cream cheese |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, or in the microwave, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently 2. Remove from heat 3. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar 4. Fold in caramel mixture. 5. Serve immediately |
