CARAMEL APPLE DELIGHT This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the White Estate in Frisco, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1/3 cup light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon caramel flavor

4 apples cored and sliced

Directions:

1. Blend first four ingredients using electric mixer then use as a dip for apple slices.
