Ingredients:
1 (18.25-ounce) package caramel cake mix (such as duncan hines) |
1/2 (8-ounce) container frozen reducedcalorie whipped topping, thawed (about 1 1/2 cups) |
1 1/2 cups peeled diced golden delicious apple (about 8 ounces) |
1 large egg, lightly beaten |

Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a heavyduty stand mixer just until moistened. Chill batter 30 minutes, if necessary. 2. Drop by level tablespoons onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 16 minutes or just until tops of cookies spring back when touched. (Do not overbake.) Remove cookies from pan; let cool on wire racks. |
