1 1/2 cups coffee (cold & strong) |
6 ounces tequila |
4 ounces coffee liqueur |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pint coffee ice cream |
4 cinnamon sticks (for stirring) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except ice cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender and refrigerate to chill. At serving time add ice cream and blend. Pour over cracked ice into glass coffee mugs. Add a cinnamon stir stick. |
