Ingredients:
1 baguette |
2 tablespoon(s) dry sherry |
1 teaspoon(s) fresh thyme |
4 clove(s) garlic |
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
6 onions, sliced |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
8 cup(s) vegetable stock |
Directions:
1. cook onions and garlic in oil for 25 minutes. Add broth and seasonings. Cook 20 minutes. Broil bread. Add soup, top with cheese and broil. |
