Nice blend of coffee, vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon. Goes well with any beverage, after dinner or late snack. Ingredients:
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
5 large eggs |
1 tbsp instant espresso |
2 tea vanilla extract |
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled |
1 tea cinnamon |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Use chocolate cookie crust from crust post. 2. Preheat oven to 325^. 3. In a small cup or bowl, mix espresso and vanilla until dissolved. 4. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 5. Add eggs one at a time. 6. Add espresso/vanilla blend. 7. Add chocolate, cinnamon, and cream, mixing thoroughly. 8. Pour into prepared pan. 9. Bake at 325^ for 1 1/4 hours, or until center is firm. 10. Let cool and refridgerate before serving. |
