If you haven't tried St. Germain (pronounced San-Jer-Man) You must put it on your shopping list. Aroma of lychee's, citrus, and pears. This is so fresh making it a wonderful drink for a hot summer day or a great way to start the New Year. Nice for Bridal party's or a valentine dinner.
Ingredients:
8 ounces st. germain elderflower liqueur
1 liter chilled dry champagne
4 canned lychee
Directions:
1. Chill champagne flutes.
2. Pour 2 ounces of St. Germain in to each glass.
3. Top with Champagne.
4. Garnish with a lychee.
5. Optional:.
6. If using canned lychee`s you might want to add some of the juice to each drink for more sweetness.
