This was served to diners at Captain's Seafood, Murrell's Inlet, South Carolina. Serve with stone-ground wheat crackers or other mild (not flavored) cracker. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise |
1 cup fresh crabmeat |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup french salad dressing |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
Directions:
1. Mix mayonnaise, crabmeat, Cheddar cheese, French salad dressing, lemon juice, and horseradish together in a bowl; refrigerate until the flavors blend, at least 4 hours. |
