Prep: 9 minutes Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices heirloom tomato (about 3 tomatoes) |
1/4 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 slices |
12 large fresh basil leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine vinegar and oil, stirring well with a whisk. 2. Place 1 tomato slice on each of 4 plates. Top each with 1 cheese slice and 1 basil leaf. Repeat layers twice, ending with basil leaves. Drizzle evenly with vinaigrette. |
