A great way to use all of those cherry tomatoes from the garden. Ingredients:
2 cups cherry tomatoes |
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced |
1/4 cup basil pesto |
olive oil (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingredients together. 2. Thin with olive oil if desired. 3. Chill. |
