Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin |
1/4 cup nonfat milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking cocoa |
1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules |
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt, coffee flavored |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup light whipped topping |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan pour in milk and sprinkle gelatin over; let stand 1 minute Heat over low heat stirring until gelatin is completly dissolved. Add coco and coffee, stir until dissolved. 2. Transfer to a small mixing bowl and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken. 3. Beat until lightly and fluffy. Combine yogurt and sugar; beat into gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Divided between two dessert dishes. 4. Refridgerate until firm. |
